This monthly 60-minute class is designed to ease students of all levels into movement through gentle prāṇāyāma and guided meditation. We’ll move through an entry-level grounding yoga flow and close out with relaxation, stillness, and aromatherapy.
Please bring your own mats, water, accessories and comfy clothes. (Mats will not be available on-site.)
