At Mindful Flow Yoga, we focus on uniting breath, body, and mind by honing in on the more mentally focused roots of yoga in our practice. We emphasize traditional elements of yoga, including prānāyāma (breath control*), pratyāhāra (sense withdrawal),  dhāranā (concentration)and dhyāna (meditation).

We provide a class roadmap with gentle, accessible guidance through traditional prānāyāma and meditation techniques, and entry-level āsana sequencing for a balanced internal and external flow.
