Swap your evening happy hour plans with a relaxing, soothing hour every Tuesday.

This 50-minute weekly yoga class will slow down your body, mind and breath by blending relaxed, fluid yoga sequences with traditional prāṇāyāma techniques, guided meditation, and aromatherapy.

Prioritize comfortability and come in your comfiest clothes to help you unwind.

Yoga mats, blocks, water refill station, changing rooms, lockers, and showers are available on-site.

Stretch n’ Smoke Yoga

Saturday, January 24 | 11:00am - Noon

Stretch, unwind, release your mind. Start your Saturday with a relaxed yoga session designed to ground and calm your nervous system.

This monthly 60-minute class is designed to ease students of all levels into movement through gentle prāṇāyāma and guided meditation. We’ll move through an entry-level grounding yoga flow and close out with relaxation, stillness, and aromatherapy.

Please bring your own mats, water, accessories and comfy clothes. (Mats will not be available on-site.)
